Daily Essentials

If there's one thing that can make my day right, its a good breakfast.

I'm not a morning person. I have a hard time waking up early in the morning nor be active and fully awake at 6AM. Even if my eyes are already open that time, my mind and body still wants to go back to bed and dream of all the good things in life. This is the reason why for me to be able to stay fully awake and have a good day, I need to have a very nice breakfast serving that can jump start my day. However, unlike everyone else, I don't usually eat heavy foods at breakfast (even if this is the best meal to fully stuffed yourself). What I usually have is my daily essentials that is always present on my breakfast table.

1. COFFEE. I admit I'm a coffee - holic (if there's such a word). When I was young, instead of drinking milk, what I usually drink is a cup of coffee - black for that matter. It's only when I was in college that I started to put a creamer on it because my heart starts to palpitate if I drink too much coffee. Honestly speaking I can even drink 5 cups of coffee a day. :)

2. CREAMER. Nothing can make my coffee more creamier and more tasty than this. This is the perfect partner fora cup of coffee, not milk.

3. SUGAR. for obvious reasons, for a sweet taste. :D

4. PEANUT BUTTER. my ever favorite palaman. I sooo love Peanut butter sandwich! I don't mind if It would give acne or headache but I just have to had my daily dose of peanut butter sandwich. You should also try it with a fruit jam ( I prefer grape) it tastes so heavenly..

So there you go, these are my daily breakfast needs. My early morning vitamins to jump start my day. How about you, what's your breakfast list?
